1.What is Table Runners Entertainment?
- Table Runners Entertainment is a poker league in the Central PA area. You can come to our poker events and play for real money and prizes for absolutely free.
2. How old do I have to be to play?
- The venues determine the age you have to be to play. Most venues require that you are 21 to play. Some places will allow 18 years and up in the future.
3. How does the point system work?
- The top 20 percent at each tournament will recieve points. For the top 3 places they will recieve bonus points. 1st place will recieve 5 bonus points, 2nd place will recieve 3 bonus points and 3rd will recieve 1 bonus point. If there is 100 people at an event first place will recieve 25 points, second place will recieve 22 points, third place will recieve 19 points, and so on. The top 28 players at the end of the 3 month season will be invited to play in the finals for a large prize.
4. Is there any real money being bet?
- No, there is no real money being bet. There will also be no side betting allowed as well.
5. Why is there no buy-in fee?
- There is no buy-in fee because that would make our events gambling. Gambling is illegal in the state of PA.
6. What do I win?
- Each venue has a different payout. The most common prize is $50 for first place and gift cards for second place. Some venues are more and some are less. You will also win points for the current season.
7. How often do I need to play?
- You can play as often as you would like. New seasons start out every 4 months. The more you play the more chances you get to win cash, prizes, and points.
